Prepare Chocolate Cake in Ten Minutes

Chocolate Cup and Teaspoon Cake

Ingredients

12 teaspoons self raising flour

12 teaspoons sugar

6 teaspoons cocoa

1 egg

12 teaspoons milk

12 teaspoons oil

1 large cup

Instructions: into a good sized cup add the flour, sugar, and cocoa Add the egg, milk,and oil Mix altogether with fork microwave for 3 minutes. Leave to stand for two minutes empty onto a plate and serve with custard, cream or chocolate sauce

Chocolate Cake for two in minutes!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons self raising flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

4 tablespoons milk

4 tablespoons oil

1 small microwavable dish

Instructions: Sieve flour, sugar and cocoa into dish add the egg, milk and oil Mix well Microwave for three minutes Leave to stand for two minutesDivide cake into two and serve with custard, cream or chocolate sauce

Chocolate and Fresh Cream Cake in minutes!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons self raising flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

4 tablespoons milk

4 tablespoons of oil

1 small microwavable dish

1 small tub double cream, Jam, Caster sugar (for dusting the top)

Instructions: Sieve flour, sugar and cocoa into dish add the egg, milk and oil. Mix well.  Microwave for 3 minutes. Leave to stand for ten minutes. Split the cake into two with a sharp knife. Spread the jam on the bottom half. Whisk the cream until it thickens and then spread over the jam. Assemble the cake and dust with caster sugar.
